Process operator night shift

Job Description

As a Process Operator in the night shift, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced technical installations. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical insight and precision.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the optimal production of high-quality reactivated carbon. Through your correct adjustment of the process parameters, you will achieve optimal production output.

• Operational responsibility: You are in charge of starting up, operating, monitoring, and shutting down various technical installations.

• Problem-solving:

You analyze technical malfunctions and carry out the necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure production runs as efficiently as possible.

• Optimization processes: You actively contribute ideas for improvements to current processes and propose adjustments to increase efficiency and sustainability.

• You perform tasks using a forklift.

Profile

• We are looking for a new colleague with a technical background and a passion for technology and innovation.

• You speak very good English and/or Dutch.

• You possess a forklift certificate.

• You are proficient with computers.

• Working in a night shift poses no problem for you.

Your profile includes the following characteristics:

• Technical education: A diploma in a technical field (electricity, electromechanics, mechanics, automation, or equivalent through experience).

• Analytical and problem-solving: You have strong analytical skills and can quickly detect and solve technical problems.

• Hands-on mentality: You like to take action and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

• Team player: You work well in a team environment but can also work independently.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift system, specifically the night shift.

• Safety-conscious: You always work with safety in mind and strictly follow procedures.
