As a Electrical & Automation Engineer, you will work closely with experienced colleagues on challenging projects that promote sustainability. You will take on a versatile and educational role where you can truly make a difference.
Project Preparation & Execution:
You assist in drafting project plans, technical specifications, and material selections.
You install hardware and contribute to the automation and commissioning of process installations.
You provide support with troubleshooting during project execution.
Coordination & Collaboration:
You help monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
You work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Operations) and external partners.
Technical Development:
You learn to work according to applicable standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
You build knowledge of electrical installations, instrumentation, and automation.
Documentation & Reporting
You maintain project documentation and report on completed work.
You support in keeping schematics and technical files up to date.
Automation On-Call Service:
You Participate in the automation on-call service to resolve urgent malfunctions or interventions.
You respond quickly and efficiently to issues to minimize downtime.
You ensure clear communication with colleagues, suppliers, and other external parties, acting as the bridge between design and execution.
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
You hold a Master’s degree as an Industrial Engineer in Electromechanics, Electricity, or Automation, or have equivalent experience.
Technical Knowledge: You have a solid foundation in electrical installations, instrumentation, and automation, and are eager to further develop this expertise.
Software Skills: Experience with EPLAN and Siemens S7 is an advantage, but above all, your motivation to learn and grow in these tools makes the difference.
Hands-on Approach: You have a practical mindset, are eager to learn, and enjoy working actively in an industrial environment.
Organization & Teamwork: You combine strong organizational skills with a collaborative attitude and work smoothly with colleagues and external partners.
Flexibility: You are willing to participate in an on-call service for automation and respond quickly and efficiently to urgent interventions.
Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally, and contribute to a positive and constructive collaboration.
