Why are we hiring a Freelance Digital Content Creator?
To support our exponential growth and ambitious projects, DESOTEC is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our Marketing team two days per week.
What will you do as a Digital Content Creator at DESOTEC?
Create video and photo content to promote our services, employees, and sustainability initiatives.
Turn raw footage into polished photo and video assets — in collaboration with our graphic designer — for use on our website, social media, marketing campaigns, and other internal and external digital channels.
Contribute to strategic thinking and creative concepts for marketing campaigns alongside colleagues in Marketing, HR, and Communications.
You’ll have access to high-quality gear including:
Sony A7 Mark IV, Sigma 28–70 lens, wireless DJI mics, Sirui video tripod, SmallRig basic kit, Zhiyun Weebill-S stabilizer, Godox HDMI on-camera display, DJI Mini 4 Pro, and more.
Who are you as a Freelance Digital Content Creator at DESOTEC?
You have solid experience in video and photography.
You’re available to be regularly on-site at DESOTEC HQ in Roeselare.
You understand how B2B content marketing works and have proven experience with online storytelling.
You’re quick to pick up new software and proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Adobe CC tools.
You’re an assertive team player with a keen eye for detail, and you enjoy taking initiative and leading your own projects.
You speak both English and Dutch fluently — French is a big plus!

What does your team look like as a Freelance Digital Content Creator?
You’ll be joining a creative, energetic team of 4 marketing professionals based in Roeselare. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with multiple departments — primarily Marketing, Communications, HR, and Sales. Your key audiences will be customers, (future) employees, and the general public (e.g., local communities).
