Due to our continued growth team, we’re looking for a Logistics & Administration Officer to support our UK team.
What do you do as a Logistics & Administration Officer at DESOTEC UK?
Take ownership of day-to-day logistics operations and continuously optimize processes to keep everything running smoothly
Schedule the filling and emptying operations in close collaboration with the Operations Team Leader.
Ensure full compliance with transportation and customs legislation, as well as waste-related records in line with UK regulations
Handle and drive key administrative activities related to logistics
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clear, efficient, and seamless communication
Make strategic decisions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen overall logistics and administration performance

Who are you as a Logistics & Administration Officer at DESOTEC UK?
Relevant work experience in Transport and Logistics Management
Holding a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is a strong advantage
Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently
Solid knowledge of transport and customs legislation
Familiarity with UK waste legislation is a plus
