What does a Team Lead Production at DESOTEC do?

• You work alongside your team, both with the ovens and at the control room screens.

• You are responsible for planning your team, prioritizing and distributing operational tasks, always ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• You oversee the correct execution of work instructions and provide guidance and follow-up as needed.

• You efficiently coordinate and organize your team's activities to respond flexibly to changing conditions in the production process.

• You work in two shifts (early shift from 6 am-2 pm and late shift from 2 pm-10 pm).

What does your team look like as a Team Lead Production?

As a Team Lead, you will join a team of seven fantastic colleagues in Rumbeke, including technical operators and forklift drivers. You report to the Production Manager.

Who are you as a Team Lead Production?

• You have an A2 level in mechanics/electromechanics or equivalent experience. Candidates with a technical aptitude and eagerness to learn may also be considered.

• Proven leadership experience is a must. You excel in communication and can easily express yourself in front of a group.

• Your leadership style encourages and motivates your team members.

• You are stress-resistant.

• You are eager to learn and continuously improve.

• You have a forklift certification or can demonstrate sufficient experience.

• You are fluent in Dutch.
